Terms of Service

1. The Alhousan ecosystem

Alhousan Group is a holding and operating structure for multiple digital brands, marketplaces, and product experiences. Certain brands may publish supplemental terms, product-specific licenses, or end-user agreements; where there is a conflict for a particular product, the more specific terms control for that product only.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. Where registration is offered, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by: violating law; infringing intellectual property or privacy rights; distributing malware; attempting unauthorized access; scraping in a manner that impairs stability; harassing users or staff; circumventing security or billing controls; or using the Services to facilitate fraud or market manipulation.

4. Digital products and third parties

Some offerings may involve third-party sellers, licensors, payment processors, or infrastructure providers. Their terms and privacy notices may apply in addition to ours. Alhousan is not responsible for third-party content except as required by applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, branding, documentation, and design assets, are owned by Alhousan or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose.

6. Fees and taxes

Fees, subscriptions, and taxes may apply as disclosed at checkout or in a separate order form. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge applicable amounts using the payment method you provide.

7. Transaction Security & Buyer Protection

To ensure maximum security, BuySelles implements a Transaction Protection System. When a purchase is made, funds are securely held by the platform and only released to the seller once the buyer confirms receipt of the digital or physical product in the described condition. This system protects our community from fraudulent activities and ensures a fair trading environment for all parties.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Alhousan nor its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or suppliers will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the services or these terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the services in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Alhousan for the specific service giving rise to the claim during that period, or (b) one hundred u.s. dollars (usd $100), except where prohibited by law.

10. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Alhousan and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for breach of these Terms, risk to security or integrity, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes arising from these Terms or the Services lie in the state and federal courts located in Delaware, except where prohibited; you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

13. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
