Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Alhousan Group and its digital brands handle refunds and reversals for digital products and services (including in-app purchases, downloadable content, digital subscriptions, credits, tokens, or licenses delivered electronically). Physical goods, if offered by a specific brand, may be governed by that brand’s shipping and returns policy where posted at checkout.

1. Scope

This policy applies to eligible purchases made through Services operated by Alhousan Group affiliates, including digital marketplaces and gaming or software-related offerings associated with brands such as BuySelles, Deelatcom, Yalla Game, and Black Gold, when those Services reference this policy or the Alhousan Group legal pages.

2. General eligibility

Because digital content is often delivered instantly, refunds are granted where required by law, where a transaction is duplicated or unauthorized, where delivery failed through a demonstrable technical fault attributable to us, or where a brand-specific promotional guarantee expressly states a refund window. Otherwise, purchases are generally final once access or download has been supplied, subject to the exceptions below.

3. How to request a refund

Submit a request to info@alhousangroup.com with the subject line “Refund Request,” including: full name, email used for purchase, order or receipt identifier, date of purchase, brand or product name, and a concise description of the issue. For certain products, in-app support or a designated merchant-of-record portal may be required; we will route you accordingly.

4. Refund Processing

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within five (5) business days and to complete a good-faith review within fifteen (15) business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. Where a refund is approved, we will apply the credited amount to your platform wallet in accordance with the refund method described below, subject to account verification and technical processing windows.

Please note that in the event of an approved refund for any product, service, or booking, the amount will not be credited back to the original payment method. Instead, the refund will be issued as Store Credit to the user’s platform wallet, which can be used for future transactions across our ecosystem.

Store Credit is ordinarily reflected in the eligible user’s wallet within a commercially reasonable period after approval (typically within five (5) to ten (10) business days), unless a longer period is required for verification, fraud review, or technical reconciliation.

5. Non-refundable situations

  • Change of mind after successful delivery of digital content or activation of a license key, where not otherwise required by law;
  • Loss of access due to violation of applicable terms of service or abuse prevention measures;
  • Third-party fees (for example, currency conversion or bank charges) that are outside our control;
  • Partial consumption of consumable digital items where the record shows in-game or in-app use inconsistent with a mistaken purchase claim.

6. Subscriptions

Recurring subscriptions may be canceled in accordance with the cancellation controls presented in the relevant Service. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or expressly offered at purchase.

7. Chargebacks and payment disputes

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue efficiently. Unfounded chargebacks may result in suspension of accounts or future purchases, and may complicate legitimate refund processing.

8. Currency and partial refunds

Refunds are processed in the currency charged at checkout, unless technically infeasible, in which case an equivalent amount in USD may be applied. Where only part of a bundle is defective, we may offer partial credit or a proportional refund.

9. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy to reflect operational, banking, or regulatory requirements. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly; continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
